PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of preventing high-power laser light from being leaked to the outside of an image projection device, without being diffused by suppressing the damage of a diffusion member caused by a thermal stress.SOLUTION: The light source device includes a light source part 1 which emits laser light P, a reflection and diffusion member 8 which diffuses and reflects the laser light P from the light source part 1, and at least one of an axial flow fan 20, an electronic cooling element 21, and a heat pipe 22 as cooling means for cooling the reflection and diffusion member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
