PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery protection circuit which is adaptable to a plurality of different protection properties in common circuit configuration, a battery protection device and a battery pack.SOLUTION: The battery protection circuit is configured to protect a secondary battery without including a CPU and comprises: a nonvolatile memory in which property data determining the protection properties of the battery protection circuit can be written; and a protection operation circuit which performs a protection operation of the secondary battery on the basis of the property data read out of the nonvolatile memory. A battery protection device comprises: the battery protection circuit; a charging path cutoff part capable of cutting off a charging path of the secondary battery; and a discharging path cutoff part capable of cutting off a discharging path of the secondary battery.
