PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment apparatus capable of obtaining an annular member having excellent impact resistance and high crushing strength with a small number of steps and low energy consumption.SOLUTION: A heat treatment apparatus for performing heat treatment of an annular workpiece made of a steel material using induction heating comprises a treatment tank in which the workpiece is set to perform heat treatment of the workpiece, a holding part that holds the workpiece at a predetermined position, an induction heating coil that encloses and induction-heats the workpiece, and a cooling medium that cools the surface of the workpiece during the induction heating of the workpiece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
