PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of providing a service that performs wireless LAN communication by automatically making frequencies in the 5 GHz band usable if the current location is indoor.SOLUTION: A communication device 10 according to the present invention comprises: a determination unit 11 that confirms whether or not the current location is registered with an indoor/outdoor determination database; and a communication control unit 12 that sets a frequency band the use of which is only permitted indoor effective and performs wireless LAN communication if it is determined that the current location is indoor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
