PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition capable of enhancing quantum efficiency without decreasing emission characteristics.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition, and more particularly, a photosensitive resin composition comprising particles of photoluminescence quantum dots, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, an alkali-soluble resin, a solvent, and an antioxidant. The antioxidant is included by 0.1 to 10 wt.% in the total weight of solid contents in the composition. From the above photosensitive resin composition, such a color filter can be produced that shows enhanced quantum efficiency without decreasing emission characteristics, and improved pattern forming property and emission characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
