PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of intuitionally instructing to a moving body by using images picked up by the moving body.SOLUTION: A control system 200 includes: a moving body (hovering camera) 100 including an imaging apparatus; and an image processor that generates a composite image of an image picked up by the moving body 100 and the moving body 100. The control system 200 displays a composite image and generates a piece of movement information for moving the moving body corresponding to the operation on the displayed composite image to control the moving body 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
