PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus capable of securing a margin with respect to the allowable current density of a wiring in which a reset current flows, when resetting a reference signal for analog-digital conversion.SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus includes a pixel part which outputs an analog signal generated by photoelectric conversion and an analog-digital converter which converts the analog signal into a digital signal. The analog-digital converter includes a reference signal generation part which generates a reference signal and compares the analog signal and the digital signal. The reference signal generation part includes a capacitive element (43) and a reset part (44) which discharges the electric charge of the capacitive element. The reset part discharges the electric charge of the capacitive element with a first current amount in a first reset period and discharges the electric charge of the capacitive element with a second current amount different from the first current amount in a second reset period after the first reset period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
