PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search an actual route which is similar to a course shape that a user images.SOLUTION: In a route search device, a storage part 101 stores map data including nodes and links of a road network. An acquisition part 102 acquires a target route figure which is a closed curve state indicated on a map based on the map data by a user. A setting part 103 sets a search figure which is obtained by enlarging the target route figure, to a position including the target route figure; a detection part 104 detects a node present in the inside of the search figure, and having plural links connected to other plural nodes present in the inside of the search figure, as an object node. An extraction part 105 extracts the link forming an outermost contour, from among a link group formed of the links whose both ends are connected to the object node; and a presentation part 106 presents a route configured of the link extracted by the extraction part 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
