PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a distributed power supply device from being operated continuously even if a circuit for converting a sequence voltage into a rectangular wave is broken down.SOLUTION: A control device for single operation detection configured to detect a single operation of a distributed power supply device interlocked to a power sequence comprises: a rectangular wave conversion part 1330 by which a waveform of the sequence voltage is converted into the rectangular wave and outputted; a first frequency measurement part 1335 for measuring a sequence frequency Fsq from a time of a High level or a time of a Low level in the rectangular wave; a second frequency measurement part 1336 which detects zero cross from waveform fluctuation of the sequence voltage and measures a discrimination frequency Fac for discriminating erroneous detection of the sequence frequency; and a failure detection part 1334 by which, if a difference between the discrimination frequency Fac and the sequence frequency Fsq is equal to or more than a threshold, it is discriminated that the measured sequence frequency Fsq is erroneous detection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
