PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a reagent kit for easily measuring take ability of cholesterol of lipoprotein.SOLUTION: The method is configured to cause lipoprotein in a sample to take landmark cholesterol, then, bring the lipoprotein which took the landmark cholesterol into contact with an antibody coupled with the lipoprotein, thereby form a composite body of the lipoprotein and the antibody, then, measure the landmark generated from the composite body, for solving the problem.SELECTED DRAWING: None
