PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state laser element capable of dissipating internal heat sufficiently.SOLUTION: A solid-state laser element 10 includes a plurality of laser media 1, and a plurality of heat dissipation members 2. Each laser medium 1 is formed of fluoride glass doped with a laser active material. Each laser medium 1 is rod-like or planar. Each heat dissipation member 2 has thermal conductivity higher than that of each laser medium 1. Each heat dissipation member 2 is arranged between respective laser media 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
