PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector which is connectable to a printed circuit board to be mounted in an electronic apparatus even if relative positions of the electric connector and the printed circuit board are different.SOLUTION: The electric connector comprises: a first contact 4 including a first connection part 4a to be connected with a lead wire 20 of a cable 18; a second contact 6 including a second connection part 6a to be connected with a lead wire 22 of the cable 18; ground plates 8 and 10 disposed between the first contact and the second contact and including shield connection parts 8a and 10a to be connected with first shield parts 24 and 26 covering the lead wires; and housings 12 and 13 holding the first contact, the second contact and the ground plates. The shield connection parts are disposed closer to the cable than arrangement positions of the first connection part and the second connection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
