PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ease screening that can find an effective medicine preventing filovirus infection without using a facility under perfect safety control, and to provide a new technique for analyzing a process in which the antiviral enters a filovirus-sensitive cell.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for easily screening a medicine specifically inhibiting a process in which filovirus enters a filovirus-sensitive cell, which includes an evaluation system of an active ingredient specifically inhibiting interactions between TIM-1 as one of acceptors on the surface of a host cell of filovirus and NPC1 as one of proteins on the endosome film of the host cell.SELECTED DRAWING: None
