PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly detect a temperature of a head chip with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A liquid jet head 1 of the invention includes: a head chip A3a having an actuator substrate A5a and a cover plate A6a joined to a surface of the actuator substrate A5a; a head chip B3b having an actuator substrate B5b and a cover plate B6b joined to a surface of the actuator substrate B5b, the head chip B3b in which a rear surface of the actuator substrate B5b is joined to a rear surface of the actuator substrate A5a; a base member 4 which engages with the head chip A3a and the head chip B3b; and a temperature detection element 13 placed at a position of the base member 4 which is located near the cover plate B6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
