The present utility model discloses a trash bin comprising a receptacle and an associated cover snugly fitted over said receptacle. The cover includes a rear shell and a front shell pivotally connected to said rear shell, said front shell adapted to be pivoted upward to provide access into said receptacle. The sidewall of said receptacle has ridged outer surface to provide sturdiness and aesthetic appearance to the trash bin. The front shell of said cover includes a plurality of convex surfaces to provide sturdiness thereof. The front shell of said cover is further provided with lip extending at the front portion thereof. |
