Disclosed is a disposable dental floss holder. The disclosed disposable dental floss holder comprises: a dental floss holder body having the shape of a plate; a dental floss fixing part wherein dental floss is fixed between a first and a second fixing base having the shape of letter U and arranged in the front end of the dental floss holder body; a tail part arranged in the rear end of the dental floss holder body; and a tension controlling part for controlling the tension of the dental floss. The tension controlling part comprises: a blank unit formed between the dental floss fixing part and the tail part of the dental floss holder body; an elastic pressing unit elastically modified to be dented into the blank unit by pressure while being arranged in an upper portion of the blank unit; a flat spring having a curved shape and connecting the elastic pressing unit and the first fixing base through the inside of the dental floss holder body; and a counter spring formed to protrude from the bottom surface of the blank unit so as to support the ridge of the flat spring and play a role as a spring for the second fixing base, and thus the first fixing base located on one inflection point of the elastic pressing unit is modified away from the second fixing base starting from the inflection point when a user pressurizes the elastic pressing unit, thereby controlling the tension of the dental floss to be in a state of tension.
