摘要 Disclosed are a vibration monitoring apparatus of a ball mill system and a method thereof, capable of extracting a milling limit of a sample that is a time when milling is completed. In the ball mill system which mills a sample by using a striking energy of a ball medium according to the rotation of a ball mill vessel filled with the sample and the ball medium, the vibration monitoring apparatus includes: a plurality of vibration sensors which are closely attached to the ball mill vessel and collect a vibration analog signal in the ball mill vessel according to the rotation of the ball mill vessel; a multi-channel data acquisition module (DAQ) which receives the collected vibration analog signal and converts the collected vibration analog signal to the digital signal; a frequency spectrum production part which receives the converted digital signal to produce a frequency spectrum; and an operation condition analyzing part which analyzes a vibration acceleration and frequency characteristics per regions of the produced frequency spectrum and analyzes the variation of the vibration velocity according to the milling time.
