According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling display of a display device is disclosed. The method for controlling display comprises the following steps of: recognizing a stretchable degree of the display device; and controlling a display mode of the display device to be a first mode or a second mode based on the stretchable degree. A first resolution is embodied in the first mode by transmitting a data signal to each of pixel groups formed by grouping a plurality of pixels. A second resolution is embodied in the second mode by transmitting a data signal to each of the plurality of pixels.
