The present invention relates to a method for producing a three-dimensional nanostructure through chemical vapor deposition and, more specifically, to a method for easily producing a three-dimensional nanostructure through a novel deposition scheme in which chemical vapor deposition is combined with a crystal splitting growth mechanism for growing a spherulite by inducing the branching of a nanorod. A three-dimensional nanostructure according to the present invention is nanorod-network spherulites (NSs) or nanorod-network spherulite on nanowires (NS-on-NWs), and is useful as a negative polar active material in the field of lithium ion secondary batteries.
