The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for cytolysis using piezoelectric energy. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for cytolysis, enabling efficient disruption of cell walls by uniformly transmitting vibration energy from a piezoelectric layer to fluid in a microchannel. To this end, the fluid containing cells is injected into the microchannel which includes the piezoelectric layer provided on a lower part or on an outer wall, and vibration is generated by applying an alternating current to the piezoelectric layer while allowing the fluid containing the cells to pass through the microchannel.
