A trust account management method executed in a server of a financial institute according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of opening a trust account where a common fund are deposited; a step of withdrawing the common fund and depositing the common fund into the trust account if the common fund of construction costs paid by an orderer is transferred; and a step of dividing the common fund into two parts and depositing the divided parts into an account of a first contractor and an account of a second contractor, respectively. As such, the present invention have effects of giving the priority to the contractors, making the payment for the costs to the contractors by depositing the common fund of the construction costs paid by the orderer into the trust account, calculating material costs, dividing the common fund into the number of contractors′ accounts and depositing the divided common fund into each of the contractors′ accounts so that when the common contractors go into receivership, there would be no limit in payment of raw material costs. |
