The present invention relates to a heat-shrinkable textile sleeve and a method for manufacturing the same. The purpose of the present invention is to ensure heat resistance and stable quality based on a uniform amount of irradiation obtained through a radioactive cross-linking treatment in the state of a weaving-completed textile sleeve. A heat-shrinkable monofilament yarn weft and a PET multifilament yarn warp are woven in the form of a dual textile. The woven textile sleeve is subjected to a radioactive polymer cross-linking treatment such that heat shrinkage and sticking follow insertion of the textile sleeve into a hose.
