The present invention relates to a method to manufacture molten iron with an improved charging method, and an apparatus to manufacture molten iron using the same. According to the present invention, the method to manufacture molten iron comprises: a step of preparing an iron inclusion; a step of converting the iron inclusion into reduced materials in a reducing furnace; a step of preparing agglomerated coals to be supplied to a molten gas brazier connected to the reducing furnace; a step of measuring a weight of the reducing materials to be charged to the molten gas brazier by being discharged from the reducing furnace; a step of charging the reducing materials and agglomerated coals to the molten gas brazier; and a step of manufacturing molten iron by blowing oxygen in the molten gas brazier.
