Provided are an electrode for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same. The lithium secondary battery comprises: an electrode active material layer including an electrode active material and metal fibers; a first layer placed on an upper surface of the electrode active material layer; and a second layer placed on a lower surface of the electrode active material layer. The first layer is an inorganic layer comprising an inorganic material, and the second layer is an inorganic layer comprising an inorganic material, or a current collector having a form of a foil or a mesh. |
