The present invention relates to a sidewalk block having a cushion which has a cushioning function using recycled plastic. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sidewalk block having a cushion comprises: a cushion unit having an upper plate and a lower plate of a flat plate shape, and a bendable cushion part connecting a lower surface of the upper plate and an upper surface of the lower plate to provide buffer power while maintaining a gap between the upper plate and the lower plate; and a cover unit replaceably mounted on the upper plate of the cushion unit to cover the cushion unit. |
