The present invention relates to a wheelchair supporting dynamic movement of a seated patient capable of reducing fatigue and muscle pain, preventing contracture and pressure sores, and responding to musculoskeletal rigidity of a patient. The wheelchair comprises: a main frame; a foot seat coupled to the main frame to be able to rotate; and a shock absorbing unit assembled to the foot seat to prevent the foot seat from being quickly flexible.
