The purpose of the present invention is to provide a bean curd pressure molding apparatus which molds coagulated soybean in water by pressing the same and maintains a predetermined height of completely molded bean curd. The present invention comprises: a mold main body of which coagulated soybean is filled inside; a pressing plate arrayed separately from an upper portion of the mold main body and elevating to the inside the mold main body to pressurize the coagulated soybean; and a mold tank accommodating the mold main body, filled with fluid and allowing the coagulated soybean to be molded by the fluid when the pressing plate is elevated.
