PREPARATION METHOD OF HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM THEREOF

The present invention relates to a preparation method of a hollow fiber membrane and a spinning equipment of the hollow fiber membrane, capable of effectively preventing fiber scission in a manufacturing process without inducing physical property degradation of a hollow fiber membrane. The present invention provides the preparation method of the hollow fiber membrane including the steps of: spinning a base fiber by discharging a base spinning solution to an external nozzle of a double nozzle while discharging an inner coagulation solution to an internal nozzle of the double nozzle; forming a hollow fiber by coagulating the base fiber spun in the spinning step at a coagulation tank; washing the hollow fiber formed in the forming step with water at a water wash tank; and winding the hollow fiber washed with water in the water washing step to a winding roll. A distance between the water wash tank and the winding roll is 10 m or less, and tension of the hollow fiber between the water wash tank and the winding roll is maintained to be within a range of 100 to 700 g/mm^2.
