According to the present invention, disclosed is a hydrocarbon reforming system which generates synthesis gas by reforming steam plasma and hydrocarbon. The hydrocarbon reforming system comprises: a steam generator (310) which generates and feeds steam; a hydrocarbon feeding unit (320) which feeds hydrocarbon; plasma reformers (100, 200) which receive the steam and the hydrocarbon from the steam generator (310) and the hydrocarbon supply unit (320) and generate synthesis gas via a reforming reaction while generating steam plasma (P) therein using electromagnetic waves; and a heat exchanger (330) which is located at a gas outlet end of the plasma reformers (100, 200) and removes moisture included in the generated synthesis gas.
