The present invention relates to a chemical feeder for a fluid storage tank, which is configured such that the amount of chlorine to be fed is controlled according to flow speed of fluid entering into a fluid storage tank. The chemical feeder for a fluid storage tank comprises: a conduit control valve which is installed in a fluid supply conduit connected to a fluid storage tank and controls an inner diameter of the fluid supply conduit according to movement; and a chemical supply unit which is connected to the fluid feeding conduit, and thus the amount of chemical to be supplied is controlled according to flow speed of fluid passing through the fluid feeding conduit.
