The present application relates to a service processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: in response to generation of a service order with respect to a service object, creating a logistics order comprising a service object identifier and a service channel identifier; determining service process setting corresponding to the service order according to the service channel identifier in the logistics order; determining a storage identifier corresponding to the service order according to the service object identifier and the service processing setting; and conducting logistics processing of the service object according to the storage identifier to complete service processing of the service order. According to the technical solutions provided in the present application, a service processing solution executable by a computer and applicable to a multi-service channel scenario can be achieved, thereby bringing more convenience to user's usage and improving the service processing efficiency. |
