The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a skull implant, wherein the method comprises the steps of: obtaining computer tomography (CT) information of the skull of a patient; generating a skull image based on the information obtained from the CT scan; among the skull images, generating an image of a defect area based on the normal areas; and fabricating a metal implant corresponding to the defect area using a 3D printer.
