The present invention relates to a parked vehicle monitoring camera for easily monitoring a blind area. Provided is the parked vehicle monitoring camera capable of easily monitoring the blind area with a conventional parked vehicle monitoring camera. The parked vehicle monitoring camera comprises: a support which is fixed and installed on the ground; a first horizontal pole which is vertically combined in a first position which is adjacent to the upper part of the support; and a first camera which is arranged in the first horizontal pole, and images a vehicle which is illegally parked within a predetermined range. The present invention further comprises: a second horizontal pole which is upwardly and downwardly tilted by being combined in a second position which is separated from the first position of the support; and a second camera which is arranged in the second horizontal pole, and images the blind area which is the lower part and the back part of the first camera. |
