摘要 The present invention relates to a water soluble photodynamic diagnostic or therapeutic photosensitizer and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a novel composition polymer, which is a polymer resulting from the binding of a water soluble polymer of triethylene glycol (TEG) dendron and porphyrin absorbing light for photosensitizing and incorporated with polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS). According to the present invention, the porphyrin photosensitizer incorporated with TEG dendron has an enhanced dispersibility in water. The porphyrin resulting from an assembly of TEG dendron and porphyrin incorporated with POSS has effects of absorbing light with longer wavelength, which is characterized as a red shift phenomenon by interaction of the porphyrin since the assembly of TEG dendron and porphyrin can be dense as much as the number of silicon (Si) of POSS and absorbing light with wide wavelength. Furthermore, the dense porphyrin absorbs light from a PBS solvent similar to the in vivo environment and dissolves in the PBS solvent including water since the porphyrin comprises TEG dendron, and thus can produce active oxygen effectively in vivo. Also, the porphyrin has common characteristics as other light absorbing materials and can be utilized as a light conversion material and a bio-imaging material.
