The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus for constructing a vacuum insulator capable of preventing damage to a vacuum insulator caused when a vacuum insulator is constructed in a structure, such as a ceiling, and increasing construction workability, and a method of constructing a vacuum insulator using the same. The fixing apparatus for constructing a vacuum insulator according to the present invention comprises: a sawtooth bracket having one end fixed to a building structure by a fixing member and having sawtooth-shaped uneven parts formed at both edges thereof; and a fixing bracket having a long holding hole into which the sawtooth bracket is inserted to fixate one edge of the vacuum insulator to the building structure when the inner circumferential part of the holding hole is coupled to the uneven part of the sawtooth bracket. |
