The present invention relates to a clustering technique for forming wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The present invention is to solve a problem of a clustering technique of the existing technology which has a limit of being applied to real cases and a problem of clustering algorithms of the existing technique which has a limit of considering connectivity only, without considering power awareness. By forming the WSNs by using power and connectivity aware clustering (PCAC) algorithms based on both power and connectivity, provided is a method for implementing power and connectivity aware clustering for wireless sensor networks, capable of improving energy efficiency of each node compared with the existing technology, thereby remarkably improving total life time (TLT) of an entire network.
