摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a composite bogie frame for a railroad car by using a resin transfer process. The method comprises the steps of: coupling a longitudinal support filler and a horizontal support filler made of reinforcing fibers to form a base structure for the composite bogie frame; and mounting the base structure for the composite bogie frame on a mold which has first and second longitudinal support molding parts to mold a longitudinal support and a horizontal support molding part to mold a horizontal support and has inlets and outlets dispersed and arranged to inject and discharge mixed resin, injecting the mixed resin into the first and second longitudinal support molding parts and the horizontal support molding part through the inlets, and hardening the mixed resin. According to the present invention, during a manufacturing process of the H-shaped fiber-reinforced composite bogie frame for a railroad car, the inlets and the outlets are optimally arranged so that the mixed resin can easily migrate in the mold. Therefore, the flowability of the mixed resin in the mold is enhanced so molding time is reduced and a composite bogie frame product with excellent quality can be obtained.
