The present invention relates to an extension structure of a chassis frame, comprising: side rails (10, 11) cut in the form of a rectangular pipe of a chassis frame; an extension material (12) having a connection material (16) projected to be inserted into an end part of the cut side rails provided and combined therebetween; an up and down reinforcing member (15) arranged up and down on the outer side to surround the extension unit which combines the side rails and extension material; and a combination means which combines the reinforcing member and side rails or extension material. The reinforcing member, the side rails, and the extension material whose both ends are inserted into the side rails are fastened by a BOM® bolt which is combined with a rivet, thereby producing an effect of causing no problem of releasing bolts and nuts by vibration of a vehicle when assembly is combined with a conventional bolt as well as the effects of increasing combination strength of assembly by integrating the reinforcing member and side rails and extension materials when a tubular member is compressed and modified, and improving efficiency of assembly operation without the need of a specially skilled technology since a bolt frame is pulled and combined by using a tool. |
