The present invention provides a cable grounding device of a grounding holder for arc welding. The cable grounding device of the grounding holder for arc welding includes: a connection member evenly distributing a lead wire of a grounding cable on the rear side of a grounding terminal formed in a lower tong of the grounding holder and grounding the lead wire so that the ground is closely connected as the lead wire of the cable is evenly distributed and connected by a simple insertion method; a holder having a connection space connected to the lead wire by the connection member in the front inside after the grounding cable is inserted from the rear side, wherein the inside of the holder is hollow; and a connection fixing unit connecting and fixing the connection member and the holder and formed in the connection member and the holder. Therefore, the cable grounding device of the grounding holder for arc welding can rapidly perform a grounding work in a short time and minimizes heat generation in a part connected to the ground. Also, the cable grounding device enables electricity to be stably supplied.
