The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin having outstanding coloring properties, and provides is a resin composition which does not give rise to problems such as reduced strength due to coloring. The composition of the present invention suggests: a PBSAT resin used as a biodegradable resin; and a coloring agent, wherein the coloring agent can be mixed in a shape of master batch. The resin composition is used in the production of various products and, in particular, the production of monofilament by spinning, and the fishing net produced therefrom is provided. The fishing net can be implemented by various colors depending on customer requirements and satisfies required strength, and does not give rise to environmental pollution problems by being naturally degraded in seawater after using the fishing net.
