摘要 According to the present invention, a jig device of an electron beam welder capable of performing a welding operation on various circular paths comprises: a main motor; a first plate; a first rotational shaft arranged to penetrate the first plate; a welding jig positioned on an upper part of the first plate to be able to rotate on which an object to be welded is mounted, and which rotates on an axis thereof; and a rotational plate on which the first rotational shaft is arranged, which is positioned between the first plate and the welding jig, and which moves a center of the welding jig by a predetermined angle to project an electron beam along a circular path of the object to be welded. A welding method of a jig device of an electron beam welder capable of performing a welding operation along various circular paths in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of rotating the rotational plate along a guider part formed on the first plate such that an electron beam forming unit, which is a position where the electron beam is to be projected, is positioned on the circular path of the object to be welded, which is mounted on the welding jig; a second step of fixating a fixating member in a close contact groove after the first step; and a third step of rotating the welding jig on the axis thereof, and projecting the electron beam to the electron beam forming unit after the second step. As such, the present invention is able to weld the object to be welded having different diameters or various circular paths by designing one electron beam welder jig device.
