PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aseismic base isolation preventing a side surface cover from decreasing a base isolation effect.SOLUTION: A aseismic base isolation 100 has a base member 102, and a vibration energy intercepting device mounted on the base member 102 and intercepting the transmission of vibration energy on the base member 102 side; and places a base isolation object on an upper side of the vibration energy intercepting device. A side surface cover 132 is provided, which hides the vibration energy intercepting device. The side surface cover 132 is suspended from a side edge portion of the aseismic base isolation rotatably about a shaft of an upper part of the side surface cover 132, so as to rock by being pushed from the inside to the outside, during vibration energy intercepting operation of the vibration energy intercepting device. |
