The present invention provides a double rolling tinning disk with excellent machinability and a manufacturing method for the same, capable of maintaining high strength in an economical method by optimizing first and second rolling processes. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the double rolling tinning disk with excellent machinability comprises: 0.01-0.10 wt% of carbon (C); 0.1-0.6 wt% of manganese (Mn); 0.05 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of silicon (Si); 0.001-0.030 wt% of phosphorus (P); 0.020 wt% or less (excluding 0 wt%) of sulfur (S); 0.01-0.09 wt% of aluminum (Al); 0.005-0.015 wt% of nitrogen (N); and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities. The double rolling tinning disk also satisfies 1.5<=[(Al/27)/(N/14)]<=4.0. |
