The ultrasonic fusion apparatus of an annular member and a screening net constituted of a middle cap stored in a powder cosmetic comprises: an annular member laminating means lamented with an annular member on an annular member supplying line (S1); an annular member moving means (300) including an X-axis actuator (310) and a Y-axis actuator (320), and a defect sensing means (340); a screening net winding means (400); a net guiding means (500) having front and rear net guiding plates (510, 520); an ultrasonic fusing means for fusing the annular member and the screening net; and a fusion main body (100) of the annular member and the screening net including a withdrawal driving unit (800) for withdrawing a product (M) fused with the annular member (1) and the screening net (2). |
