The present invention provides a pedal operating apparatus comprising: a pedal member which is fixed and installed to a vehicle body panel, is provided with a hinge shaft at the end thereof, and is provided with a height adjustment means on the upside of the hinge shaft; a pedal arm which has an upper end installed on the hinge shaft of the pedal member to rotate, and a protruding portion formed to protrude forward at the upper end; and a pedal effort adjustment means which is installed at the front of the pedal arm in the pedal member to rotate, includes an elastic member configured to elastically change the length thereof, and a switching member extending while being bent downward from the elastic member, connected to the protruding portion of the pedal arm, and having a bent portion coming in contact with and supported by the height adjustment means, pushes the protruding portion downward through the switching member by the elastic force of the elastic member at the initial position of the pedal arm, and is rotated with the protruding portion at the time of rotating of the pedal arm to push the protruding portion upward. |
