Disclosed is a side stream flow type reverse osmosis membrane filter for increasing a recovery ratio of purified water by increasing the amount of supplied raw water with respect to a reverse osmosis membrane sheet. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the side stream flow type reverse osmosis membrane filter comprises: a filter housing formed with a raw water port, a purified water port, and a concentrated water port, on one side thereof; an RO filter accommodated in the filter housing, discharging purified water to the central portion thereof by purifying raw water introduced through the raw water port, and discharging filtered concentrated water to an outer side direction; a central tube having both upper and lower ends opened to be arranged on the center of the RO filter, and collecting the water purified by the RO filter to the inside thereof through a through-hole formed in a radial direction; a raw water moving pipe formed to be spaced apart from an inner side of the central tube, having both upper and lower ends opened, and formed with a raw water moving path on the center thereof and a purified water moving path between the raw water moving pipe and the central tube; and a raw water spreader mounted on upper ends of the raw water moving pipe and the central tube, supplying raw water to the raw water moving pipe in order to supply part of the raw water introduced through the raw water port to each of an upper end and a lower end of the RO filter, and supplying the purified water collected in the purified water moving path to the purified water port.
