The present invention relates to a producing method of a bulletproof-fiber complex prepreg, comprising the steps of: preparing an impregnation solution by dispersing carbon nanotube(CNT) or graphene particles in a solvent; preparing a bulletproof-fiber complex by impregnating bulletproof fibers in the impregnation solution and drying the bulletproof fibers; preparing a bulletproof-fiber complex layer by processing the bulletproof-fiber complex into layers; and penetrating a thermoplastic resin into at least one side of the bulletproof-fiber complex layer by heat-compressing one thermoplastic resin film into at least one side of the bulletproof-fiber complex layer.
