The present invention relates to an energy conversion apparatus using liquid droplets. The energy conversion apparatus using liquid droplets according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a liquid storage unit to store liquid; a liquid droplet generation unit coupled with the liquid storage unit to convert the liquid into droplets and to spray the droplets; and an energy conversion unit coupled with the liquid droplet generation unit, making sprayed droplet-shaped liquid be in contact with a space by forming a closed space along the outer circumferential surface, forming electrodes charged in accordance with the contact and causing movement of charges by generating potential differences between the electrodes in accordance with a change of the contact. According to the present invention, the application to river water, rain water, supply water and waste water is easy by applying an apparatus to generate electric energy using liquid with a tube shape and the effective generation of electricity is possible using a small amount of liquid. Also, the apparatus to generate electric energy using liquid is capable of effectively generating electric energy using an intermittent and small amount of liquid by converting the liquid into droplets and performing a droplet contact in order to induce the efficient movement of charges. |
