摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to provide multiple stereo cameras capable of easily tracking a movement of a subject through information sharing on a 3D space by combining a PTZ camera and a plurality of stereo cameras to form a digital logical structure with respect to the 3D space and capable of precisely tracking the movement of the subject by setting a pan driving value, a tilt driving value, and a zoom driving value of the PTZ camera based on 3D coordinates with respect to the subject. The present invention relates to a stereo camera for tracking a movement of a subject and provides a system for tracking a space movement of a subject by using multiple stereo cameras. The system for tracking a space movement of a subject by using multiple cameras comprises: a plurality of stereo cameras; a spatial data synthesis unit which matches depth maps generated according to photographing regions of the plurality of stereo cameras; a subject sensing unit which determines whether a subject is present in the photographing regions of the stereo cameras; a PTZ camera which performs panning and tilting to move such that a photographing direction is turned to the subject, and performs zooming with respect to the subject; and a drive control unit which drives the PTZ camera. The drive control unit uses a first method of driving the PTZ camera by setting an initial value by matching any one point of photographing ranges of the stereo cameras with an angle of the PTZ camera, and when the subject is sensed, adjusting a zoom level calculated according to a distance from the subject, a pan angle, and a tilt angle necessary for a movement based on center coordinates of the subject, and a second method of driving the PTZ camera by setting photographing regions with respect to a 3D space, manually presetting a drive value of the PTZ camera such that a photographing direction is turned to each of the set photographing regions, and calling the preset drive value with respect to a region in which the subject is sensed.
