The present invention relates to a blood separating filter for separating the blood plasma from the blood. The blood separating filter includes: a lower plate provided with a fluid channel having a first recess; an upper plate connected to the top of the lower plate; and a plurality of beads which are filled in the first recess to generate a speed difference between corpuscles and plasma of the blood passing through the first recess. According to the present invention, the blood separating device using a packed bead can effectively prevent the red corpuscles from flowing out in the separating process of the blood plasma.
